I have worked with many administrators in my career — and there are many good ones out there — but hands down, dollar for dollar NAV is one of the best out there and very underrated in the industry. The pillars of any business are its people, processes, and technology. Their people, day in and day out, go above and beyond. We’ve had the great pleasure of working with NAV. During the initial month when we ran parallel systems with the previous administrator, we were extremely gratified that valuations with the legacy administrator were virtually exact. For the first month running valuation statements independently, we were exceptionally pleased by the rapid four-day turnaround and accuracy of the data, which represented a dramatic improvement from the previous incumbent. All told, a highly impressive experience.

NAV has been a valuable partner to our firm in navigating the fund of funds process and best practices. Our NAV account manager and back office team are readily available to share their knowledge and expertise as new questions and challenges arise. In addition to the accounting and reporting packages, investor communication dissemination, and other standard undertakings, we have also been appreciative of other support they have been able to provide such as audit and Form PF support.
