A client survey designed to gauge satisfaction with NAV services and recently introduced technology features demonstrated high satisfaction with NAV and our development offerings. With independent survey responses rating various factors on a scale of 1-10, NAV scored very positively:

  • 8.79 - How likely the client is to recommend NAV services to others
  • 8.67 - Clarity, accuracy, and completeness of NAV reporting and services
  • 8.55 - Overall timeliness of NAV reporting and services
  • 8.34 - Innovation and user-friendliness offered by NAV technology features

"These results inspire us to continue to dedicate time and talent to developing innovative new features and capabilities," said NAV Chief Strategic Solutions Officer Ravi Gupta. "We actively encourage all users to submit feedback, or contact their Account Manager with comments. We consistently reference client feedback to prioritize product enhancements, guide future development, and drive continuous improvement."

Gupta cited client adoption rates as another indicator that NAV's development strategy is delivering capabilities clients find beneficial in optimizing fund operations and investor services. "We had significant adoption of some of our new features introduced last year," Gupta said.

Product adoption stats of note:

  • 55 million+ hits to the API Gateway, a huge increase in volume that showcases the shift towards clients programmatically pulling data from NAV systems
  • More than 7,600 E-subscription invitations have been sent through the NAV Portal — digitizing onboarding has helped to streamline investor operations for a quicker, more efficient process
  • Clients have created 3,600 data rooms through the NAV portal, meeting a need for enhanced fund marketing tools
  • Project Studio has been used to manage 6,000+ projects
