For the purposes of this Privacy Notice:

• Capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Notice shall have the meanings ascribed to them under Data Protection Legislation (as defined below).
• "Personal Data" shall mean any data that is classified as personal information, Personal Data, personally identifiable information, or similar terms under Data Protection Legislation (as defined below). It does not include data excluded or exempted from those laws and regulations, such as deidentified, anonymized, or aggregated data.
• "Data Subject" shall mean any person classified as an individual, Data Subject, consumer or similar terms under Data Protection Legislation (as defined below).

NAV processes Personal Data in compliance with applicable laws and regulations, in particular, in accordance with: the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of Personal Data and on the free movement of such data ("GDPR"); the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") as amended and/or replaced by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 ("CPRA") and currently in force; the Cayman Island's Data Protection Act (2021 Revision) and the Data Protection Regulations, 2018 (SL 17 of 2019); the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (No. 26 of 2012) ("PDPA"), as amended by the Personal Data Protection Amendment 2020 (No. 37 of 2020) and the Personal Data Protection Regulations 2021; the Mauritius Data Protection Act 2017; the Texas Data Privacy Security Act 2024 (TDPSA); the Nebraska Data Privacy Act 2025 (NDPA); the Australia Privacy Act 1988 and the Australian Privacy Principles Guidelines; and all other applicable data protection laws and regulations (all collectively referred to in this Privacy Notice as "Data Protection Legislation").

This Privacy Notice applies to applicants for employment at NAV, however if you are a current or former NAV employee and reside in the European Union, please refer to your Employment Agreement for additional information regarding NAV's collection, storage, use, sharing and safeguarding of your Personal Data.

This Privacy Notice is current as of the date reflected above. When periodic changes to the Privacy Notice are made, either to reflect changes in the law, our practices and/or our services, the date above will be updated. You are therefore advised to check this Privacy Notice periodically to ensure you are aware of relevant changes.
